Women, join us for an evening of refreshment as we focus on our mind, body and spirit. We will enjoy a healthy cooking demo with a spiritual twist. In addition, we will learn and practice breathing exercises to empower us to breathe out everyday stress and anxiety and breathe in the Holy Spirit. Topping the night off with a great talk on refreshing our daily quiet time to develop greater intimacy with Jesus! This is a night you won’t want to miss!
