1. As followers of Jesus, we live in the “Now and Not Yet.” We are living under the covenant of his first coming, and the hope of his second coming – we are forgiven and free from the curse of sin, and are living for the day when ALL WILL BE MADE NEW. No more tears, sorrow, pain, death – IT’S COMING.

2. Only Jesus can quench your thirst once and for all. Nothing else satisfies. The enemy will convince you that he can quench your thirst, give you what you think you deserve, but on Jesus satisfies. The contrast of two world-views could not be more different.

3. An ETERNAL PERSPECTIVE makes life worth living. If you are only focused on the cultural view of happiness and success, you will always be left wanting more. Babylon offers much but delivers little, and it NEVER LASTS. Colossians 3, set you hearts and minds on THINGS ABOVE, because Jesus is COMING BACK and bringing HEVEAN WITH HIM.
