1. Satan is CREATED, not a CREATOR, so he is not CREATIVE. That is why he comes at you with the same old lies over and over again – he DISTORTS the truth, but usually keeps it as close to the truth as possible to entice you toward action.

2. The enemy consistently offers you a knock off of the real thing in order to deceive and ultimately destroy you.  He uses pornography to fill the space reserved for intimacy, he uses marital happiness as an excuse to abandon marital holiness, he uses financial security as a masquerade for peace and confidence, he uses substance abuse as medication for anxiety, over and over he puts out a counterfeit narrative about your life that sounds true in order to keep you enslaved.

3. Knowing TRUTH keeps you from falling for the LIE. We talked about it last week. The TRUTH sets you free. Psalm 119:105, God’s word illuminates truth – if you don’t know God, you will fall for cheap imitation every time.
