God reveals himself when you are interruptible. This fast is not about being hyper-spiritual. It is about being desperate. “God, I am interrupting my regular routine because I want to hear from you, and I’m willing to give up any distraction, even nourishment, to hear from you”

When God reveals, it is LOUD AND CLEAR. The voice of God is unmistakable, and unquestionable. And it gets clearer the more we are removed from the noise. Fasting eliminates the noise.

When you are interruptible, you see things no one else sees. God speaks clearly to those who have placed themselves in his path, in his presence – when you fast, God opens up the heavens, and all you have to do is look up.

Your revelation is coming. The angel warred on Daniel’s behalf for 21 days to get him the answer. Your answer is coming too, when you are hungry enough to interrupt life.
